The Back Stabbing Assailant

A home alone and very expecting woman is accosted by an assailant who has her on the ropes as he gropes her body and then decides to finish his rain of terror and using his blade makes several strategic stabs first to immobilize her then to finish his work for good all while she struggles in vain!
